Always in the forefront of my mind, and even more so during holidays. What can I hold with joy and what to release, going into 2026. How to contain the day to day activities and what to focus on vs what to not worry about. ❤️ peace and love this Christmas !

So beautifully said. And something I will carry into 2026.

Thank you for your note. I hope the holidays are treating you kindly.

I wish everybody a peaceful and meaningful Christmas. The Family Scapegoat Chronicles gets a huge hug from me. May we reach the New Year with a fresh outlook and great stamina, healthy, and content. May these continue in 2026 !

What a sweet note! Sending a giant hug right back to you.

By the way, where are you tuning in from? I’m so curious.

I’d love to give you a shout out in the next episode.

Happy and healthy holidays to you. 😘🎅🎁

Happy holidays 💖

I really liked the episode about the squirrel and the scapegoat. I listen on Spotify.

Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback. I really enjoyed creating that as well.

Something about fables makes the hard parts of life easier to metabolize.

Perhaps I should do more of this type of episode.

Thanks for tuning in and happy holidays to you!

You're welcome.

I also left a comment on the first episode on Spotify.

I love fables and fairy tales and they're indeed a great way to talk about hard stuff. I'm looking forward to another fable 💖

Dear Elle, sending you best of wishes for an enjoyable Christmas and holiday season. ❤ Please take all the time needed to pause, pace yourself and don't ever force anything to happen unless you are re-charged and ready. Take good care Elle. 🤗

I love this so much, Rosalee!

‘tis the season to relax and recharge. I hope you’re getting plenty of the same.

Thanks for always being the best part of Substack.

What I want you to know, Elle, is how much I appreciate your oral offerings as opposed to something more I have to read. I have always been mildly dyslexic. I do ok with short offerings, but can really struggle with long texts. It’s so good to be able to talk about this now because I know I carried a lot of shame about this and my tendency to be a slow reader. Interestingly my primary abuser, my Covert NM also mentioned she was mildly dyslexic.—— I just want you to know I love your voice and your ❤️ heart centered approach to what you do.

Hi Donna!

What a sweet, lovely note. Thank you so much. I am the same way with long text. I get overwhelmed looking at a wall of words and always prefer audio over reading.

I'm so grateful for you and your support. I get very little feedback, so I always appreciate yours tremendously and thank you for your kind compliments.

The show has been on hold over the holidays as I reassess. A public notice is going out shortly about this as well. It's been really tough getting guests to commit and I'm spending a lot of time on that which isn't sustainable. So, I'm trying to figure out what's next. I will keep you posted along the way.

I hope you are doing well.

XoXo,

~Elle

Happy Holidays! I just wrote an essay on Elf on the Shelf, hurled coal, and the surveillance state of childhood. I’d love for you to read!

Hi and happy holidays! I can’t wait to read your story. Quick question for you, is this something you might want me to read on the podcast?

By the way, where are you located?

Hi Rebecca,

I just got your great new about your Kintsugi Method platform news. What a beautiful, meaningful, and much needed place for us. To rebuild our self is extremely important, so important that without it, we don't really exist, as we have been damaged and wounded by our abusers. Rebuilding a Scapegoating Victim is central to survival, mentally and even physically. Thank you so very much for doing this all for us Scapegoating Victims.
